Annalie Davies
Before establishing Vine Partners, Annalie was a partner of a Sydney based boutique executive search firm where during her seven years she had sector responsibility for the wealth management and funds management practices working with senior investment professionals including portfolio managers, product, strategy, retail and institutional distribution, and marketing and client services for domestic and off shore managers across all asset classes. Additionally she had functional responsibility for the corporate infrastructure practice working with HR, COO, finance, risk, compliance, technology, audit and marketing professionals.
Annalie was based in London prior to returning to Sydney in 2004, where she worked for two leading international search firms in their technology and financial services practices specialising in investment banking. During her time in London, Annalie was seconded to the role of head of talent acquisition at an internet incubator.
Annalie began her career in Sydney having graduated from University in the UK.
